Groin strains have to be up there. Maybe shoulder strains as well.
I like Gorilla Glue a lot. My mains are are NYC Fire and Lemon Grass. Both are hybrids. NYC Fire leans indica but is uptempo. Lemongrass is a mood lifter. Both are super pungent in very different ways.So right now my 2 go-to’s are these:
Indica: Gorilla Glue #4; this strain is one of my favorites as it has unbelievable pain relief qualities for back pain AND it is great for anxiety. This strain also does not couch lock you so you can have pain relief and energy.
Sativa: 1024; Now this is my favorite bud but it is super hard to find. It is a cross of Skunk #1 (my fav old-school strain) and an Unknown strain. The result is a smooth, smooth smoke with heavy floral hints and a tiny hint of skunk. The high is very cerebral and gives you a ton of energy while relieving pain.
I personally am a card carrying member of the Super Sativa Club so I have a bias. Any other tokers feel free to comment.

We are discussing both strains.I've got a little egg on my face. I came into this, thinking it was about actual strains and muscular injuries. I suppose, in a sense, a little weed can go a long way into helping. You twenty-somethings ignore this old guy.
