I would definitely draft Barkley at #4 if he's on the board. I do not see any RB prospects passing him up. Rosen is the #1 QB prospect right now but that could possibly change. Apparently he can make throws no other prospect can, but going 6-6 this season? I like my franchise QB to be a winner in college, such as Deshaun Watson who I was lucky to draft at #19

Does anyone know a site that breaks down how many selections each team had each draft? I don't want to get into hardcore data manipulation, but I can do a little bit (IE: throw shit into Excel and then create a Pivot, but I'm not cleaning and formatting the data first)

This is probably not the answer you're looking for, but Wikipedia keeps a pretty good list of all the traded picks.
