Default Steelers Trade Block

I don't want to trade any of these guys, but need the cap space. Here is my Trade Block:

WR Eli Rogers - Just turned 25 on December 23, Eli was our WR2 in 2016. He became WR4 in 2017 due to Martavis Bryant's return from suspension and the unexpected emergence of Juju Smith-Schuster becoming a star as a rookie. Eli can be a WR2 on some teams but I don't think he'd be below a WR3 on just about any other team. His cap charge for you would be about $2.9 million.

TE Vance McDonald - 27 years old. Pick 2.55 in the 2013 NFL Draft. Anyone who watched the playoff game against the Jags knows that he can be a game-changer. His cap charge for you would be $4.3 million.

DL Tyson Alualu - 30 years old. The 10th overall pick of the 2010 NFL Draft, he's 6'3" 310 pounds and can play 3-4 DE, 4-3 DT, or 3-4 NT. Started 87 games for the Jaguars over his first 7 seasons and 5 games last year for the Steelers (despite 3-4 DE being our most complete position on the defensive side of the ball as we have 2 elite ones in Cameron Heyward and Stephon Tuitt). His cap charge for you would be an even $3 million.

ILB Ryan Shazier - 25 years old. The 15th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He was truly a superstar and the perfect LB to cover Gronk. He ran a 4.38 40 at the combine. A Pittsburgh hero. We all know the challenge he is facing, his rehab from surgery is expected to last several months. His cap charge for you would be $8.7 million.

S JJ Wilcox - 26 years old. Was pick 3.80 in the 2013 NFL Draft. Started 38 games for the Dallas Cowboys from 2013 - 2016, including 33 in his final 3 seasons for them. Signed to a 2-year, $5.5 million contract with $2.125 guaranteed with the Buccaneers last offseason. Later TJ Ward unexpectedly was cut by the Broncos, landing Wilcox on the block. The Steelers traded their 6th round pick for him just before the start of the regular season. He's a starting-caliber Safety. His cap charge for you would be a friendly $3.1 million.

I'd like a ruling on Eli Manning because he's clearly mentally challenged.

You can try, but I'll likely roll a die for it, and only one of the numbers makes it successful.

That ruling is surprisingly satisfying...even if it isn't true

which part isnt true? because mach will definitely be doing something insane to decide who gets these coaches, in the event of tie.
